Phase 1: Analysis & Training
This is an in-depth, usually multi-day conversation (in-person or virtual) where our account manager meets with you and your staff so we can thoroughly and completely understand your business to determine where our time will be best spent.
As a team, we analyze your existing business practices. Contracts, policies, procedures, training, business strategy, equipment maintenance, insurance procurement, deicing material procurement, and other aspects of your business will be reviewed.
Once your business analysis is complete, we will provide you with our recommendations on how best our systems can help your business.
Phase 1 is complete when, as a team, you and your account manager are confident that a reasonable and executable implementation strategy has been established.

Phase 2 begins with an on-site or virtual software implementation. You and your staff will work with your account manager to set up your company's profile and be thoroughly trained on how to use the software.
