Comprehensive Business Analysis Services
This is an in-depth, usually multi-day conversation (in-person or virtual) where our Certified Snow Professionals meet with you and learn how you currently run your snow business. We want to thoroughly and completely understand your business to determine where our time will be best spent. As a team, we analyze your existing business practices, including contracts, policies, procedures, training, business strategy, equipment maintenance, insurance procurement, deicing material procurement, and other aspects of your business. We offer guidance on any or all of these areas, billed on an hourly basis.
