I can say the last couple years using the new system has reduced the amount of miscommunication and allowed myself as a working contractor to track and create service tickets without taking away my territory manager's time.  I have used plenty of online tracking systems working with 6 National property management companies and found that this system had no downtime or tracking errors compared to the mega nationals.
